As a Global Talent Manager working for a market leader in the FMCG market, your key areas of focus will be on enhancing the effectiveness of key processes for resourcing, succession management and development planning. You will participate in the development of global expertise processes and assess implications of global expertise projects for your client groups You will also be responsible for strengthening the talent supply and pipeline at all levels, as well as identifying appropriate metrics to be tracked.
To take up this exciting challenge you will have proven HR generalist background or a background in Resourcing, Learning & Development, Diversity and Talent Management gained within another blue chip corporate. You will be an expert in Talent Management processes, market trends and products as well as HR metrics and performance improvement. Personally you will be looking for a long term career with a market leader and you will be a team player and relationship builder.
