Graduate Recruiter â London - £40,000 - £80,000 A number of Top Tier Investment Banks are looking for experienced Graduate Recruiters to join their teams in London on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the end to end graduate recruitment life cycle, including identifying & monitoring hiring needs, managing the attraction & selection process and the summer graduate programme; Provide operational leadership for relevant area, including regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements, leadership communications, and operational assistance to Recruiting leads in relevant area; Overall ownership of candidate pipelines for assigned service lines/business units; Responsibility for the consistent application of graduate strategy and process across the graduate team; Regular meetings with service line and business unit contacts to update on strategic direction. The successful candidate will: Have a background within the Financial Services industry (ideal); Be a competent Graduate Recruiter; Be previously dealt with a high volume of graduate recruitment; Be educated to degree level, or equivalent.
