Graduate Recruitment Manager - Major London Law Firm - £60k
This international law firm are looking for a manager to over the graduate recruitment programme for their two UK offices
Principal Accountabilities
· Build and develop relationships HR Partners to define, review and develop on-going graduate recruitment strategy to ensure the firm attracts and retains high calibre candidates;
· Network with and benchmark against competitor firms to ensure the firm is marketing competitively compared to rival firms;
· Manage and develop Trainee Solicitor Recruitment Team;
· Liaise with Senior Resourcing Manager and Training Principal on issues regarding Trainees, provide relevant reports to interested parties as appropriate;
· Manage Client and Partner contacts within the firm;
· Manage the graduate recruitment budget of approx £750,000;
· Build and maintain relationships with overseas HR Managers and Partners to ensure consistency in recruitment methods and policies relating to trainees;
· Manage the appraisal and performance management process for trainees, identify HR issues, highlight training needs and, in conjunction with Learning & Development, provide appropriate solutions.
· Advise, support and coach trainees, their Partners and Assistants on all aspects of training, recruitment issues and qualification.
