HR Manager Role in central London- Urgent
Title: HR Manager Salary: £40,000- £45,000 per annum
An exciting role for an experienced HR Manager looking to develop their career within a large educational establishment in Central London. Providing a varied and proactive role in this busy and friendly environment.
The Role:
This permanent full time role involves General HR duties, including being responsible for job evaluation reviews and recruitment, and managing disciplinary, grievance and absence issues. Revising and implementing new policies and procedures. Chairing team meetings and liaising with other regional managers. Responsible for organising training & development, employee relations and managing specific projects. Ensuring that everything within the office environment runs efficiently and smoothly.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced HR Manager that holds a professional qualification of CIPD or equivalent and has demonstrated sound knowledge of TUPE, employment law and has ideally worked within a unionised environment. Excellent IT and communicational skills are needed as well as the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
