HR Manager Role for Online firm- Urgent
Title: HR Manager Salary: £40,000- £45,000
A unique opportunity has arisen for HR Manager within a large online gambling firm in South London. Directly assisting the chief operating officer and having a large amount of responsibility and influence within the business.
The Role:
This 12 month contract role involves managing all aspects of employee relations including performance reviews, disciplinary and grievance issues. Mentoring, coaching and providing support to the HR & Facilities team. Implementing, planning, developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures. Efficiently organising all budget process including salaries, recruitment costs and training budgets. Meeting with all department heads helping them to develop succession plans in their departments and liaising with our external processing partner. Responsible for all recruitment and staff retention within the business and ensuring that any unexpected issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Who we're looking for:
An experienced HR Manager that is able to take a very influential role in developing the business as well as managing a small HR team efficiently. Essential that the candidate is degree or CIPD qualified or equivalent and has good knowledge of employment law and HR legislation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills. An interest in sport and an understanding of gambling would be an advantage though not essential.
