Global digital media group looking to expand and develop UK subsidiary business. Are you ready to play a key role in helping this business grow to the next level?
One of the world's most progressive digital organisations has a truly unique opportunity for an HR Professional to join them in a generalist capacity at their London Office. Working as part of the senior management team you will lead the HR agenda within the business.
You will hold responsibility for all operational HR matters, taking the lead on number strategic projects focused on delivering schemes around Training & Development; Talent Frameworks; HR Frameworks & processes; and Benefits package review among others.
Role Requirements
You will have previous HR experience within a small or medium sized organisation. Educated to degree level, you will have a demonstrable generalist HR skill set ideally CIPD (or working towards) qualified.
The right candidate will possess excellent communication skills, along with further softer skills necessary in establishing strong working relationships within a creative, marketing and sales environment. You will be passionate and pro-active about HR, and happy to work within a wider commercial team.
You will be currently working as an operational HR Manager/ HR Advisor / HR Officer and will be looking for that next step.
