HR Manager - Benelux A leading global Retailer is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team in Benelux on a permanent basis. You will be reporting into the Senior HR Manager, based in the UK, and your responsibilities will include: Relay and implementation of international HR policies; Recruitment; Training; Facility management; Formulating and implementation of overall HR objectives, policies and strategies; To further develop and implement a coherent & dynamic market conform HR policy in the Benelux. The successful candidate will: Have a background within the Retail/Wholesale industry; Be an experienced HR professional; Speak fluent English and Dutch â this is an essential requirement; Be able to confidently work independently as this will initially be a stand alone role; Ideally be based in the Benelux region, however candidates who are open to relocation will also be considered as long as they have the language skills.
