Leading transport and engineering organisation is going through a huge change programme that will enable them to be worldclass in their field. This key post requires a HR Manager to work with the senior management team in the Legal, Planning and Regulatory areas to deliver the HR strategy to improve business performance and achieve business objectives. Key accountabilities will be to develop a HR plan covering resourcing, development, performance management and organisational change initiatives.

This role will suit an HR Manager with good man management skills and commercial awareness with a strong degree of business acumen. Technically you will have solid generalist HR exposure, and will have covered the full HR remit at both and operational and strategic based level, with a particular strength in employment legislation and experience of leading HR projects is essential.
