My client, an International Management Consultancy is looking for an HR Manager to join their expanding team. Your role here will be to support the HR Director and advise the business on HR related issues. You will also be expected to implement and support change processes and other HR initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will be;
Salary review
- Conduct regular benchmarking exercise to ensure upper quartile in line with market data
- Process twice yearly salary reviews incorporating individual job performance and conduct annual bonus review
- Write salary and bonus letters accordingly
Appraisal process
- Initiate appraisal process twice a year and coordinate to ensure a smooth running schedule
- Work with the Training team tracking project feedback and six-monthly appraisals and conduct end of project analysis
- Organise promotion and probation meetings and prepare paperwork
HR administration
- Work with Administration ensuring seamless processes and make recommendations for improvement
Employee Relations
- Conduct all employee relation meetings and act when necessary
- Conduct all disciplinary meetings and track stages
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Employee Assistance Program and communicate importance through induction and other means
- Monitor occupational health issues and liaise with all relevant parties in a timely manner
International
- Support the international ambassador programme, initiating the relocation and visa/work permit processes
Mentoring
- Coordinate the mentoring process
Employment Law
- Update Firm on legislation and ensure compliance
This role requires CIPD qualification and time spent managing a team within a professional services environment.
