Job Description
Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation based in the City of London looking to recruit an HR Manager to provide full generalist and strategic support to a wide and varied client group c.450.
Working closely alongside the Head of HR the successful candidate will be adaptable and skilled in the full remit of HR. Duties will include recruiting senior management, managing ER cases, assisting with the annual comp process, enhancing a performance-driven environment, managing the graduate recruitment with management responsibility of junior staff alongside strategic duties. This role will work in partnership alongside SM across the business.
Responsibilities span across Europe, however, the main client based will be based in London. Prior European experience is not needed.
This role will involve working on a trading floor, thus applicants must be comfortable with this and have the ability to liase and influence a demanding and challenging client group. Previous experience working within a trading/FO environment will prove advantageous.
This is a permanent position and our client is considering candidates with upto 1 months notice period.
