East London NHS Foundation Trust is a NHS mental health trust which provides services to the City of London, the London Boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham.
The Trust's Headquarters are located in Tower Hamlets, close to the City. We operate from 47 community sites, four main inpatient sites and have 663 inpatient beds. The Trust is linked with the University of London, City University and South Bank University.
We are searching for qualified HR Managers with a flair for providing a consultative solutions focused' HR service.
This HR Manager, with the support of a small team, will be solely responsible for providing an operational HR service across a designate client group. In addition to this, working as a true business partner you will be tasked with providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management team and designing and implementing HR initiatives that add real value.
To be a success in this role, you will be a CIPD qualified, confident communicator with a pragmatic, hands on approach to HR. The ability to build strong credible relationships and influence people at all levels within the Trust is essential.
