Job Description
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Operations Manager will be accountable for the management and effective delivery of a cutting edge HR support function. Key responsibilities are:
Manage and lead a team of HR Officers in the delivery of accurate and efficient HR services
Co-ordinate and support the payroll, L&D and recruitment activities
Provide advice and support on HR policy and process
Provide high quality and accurate reporting
Support the wider HR population in maximising the quality of HR services.

CIPD qualified
