An opportunity to work for one of the leading European Investment Banks
If you have an aptitude for working with financial data experience of ideally PeopleSoft or other HRIS systems, have strong communication skills and thrive working under pressure. A background in HR and used to managing large volumes of data, then I have an opportunity for you.
The role:
Business Area
Business analysis and the development of functional specifications.
Development and implementation of test scripts.
Development and implementation of end-user documentation.
Maintenance and support of various HRIS systems
Maintain the data quality and provide data analysis
Job Description
Business Analysis
Identify & document user requirements
Analyse process flows
Establish procedures
Identify data quality issues as and when they occur and manage through to resolution.
Reporting
Production of reports and analysis of data on a regular or ad-hoc basis
Testing
Business/User Acceptance Testing (planning & testing)
Document testing issues and ensure their successful resolution
Training
Development and implementation of training plans to ensure that appropriate training is received by all relevant users, including, where necessary, the preparation of Training materials.
Support
Provide end user support for the various HR systems.
Team Support
Share key skills, knowledge and experience with other teams members, and actively participate in team meetings and activities.
