Job Description
My client, a national retailer is looking to recruit an interim HR Manager on a contract basis for a period of 4 months. Based from the HQ in London you will be an active member of the HR team and be responsible for delivery the HR strategy and day to day HR queries within your designated business area. This position is an immediate start so please only apply if you can interview and start by Monday 16th August.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Deploy group HR policies, procedures and programmes throughout your business unit
· Provide leadership on HR projects and processes
· Identify and resolve compensation & benefit issues
· Equip managers with the tools to mange and create a high performing environment
· Build and manage relationships with directors throughout the business ensuring that HR messages are communicated in an effective method
To be successful in your application you will have gained previous experience operating at a similar level, have a solid HR background in retail and be able to interview and start immediately
