A leading Law Firm are recruiting for a Learning & development Consultant to work in their Business Services L&D team. The purpose of the role is to design, develop and manage the delivery of targeted and strategic learning interventions to support the business globally. In particular, you will be responsible for the firm-wide induction and secretarial training.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a 2:1 degree and ideally experience within the professional services industry however this is not essential. A CIPD or MIPD qualification is desirable.
You will be a confident individual and an excellent communicator who has an ability to advise and influence at a senior level.
