HR Project Manager required to work on key projects which are significant in the business successfully moving forward. As HR Project Manager you will be required to support various projects which will focus on job evaluation, reward and recognition, salary reviews, harmonisation of t's and c's, updating policies and procedures and cost benefit analysis. Other projects include investigating and introducing a new occupational health provider. You will work with stakeholders to agree the framework and to identify best fit solutions. Contract until April 2009. Car allowance plus the salary. You will graduate CIPD with significant experience job evaluation, harmonisation and policy and procedure development. You will be experienced in change and how to support employees through out this process, experience with restructure at all levels within the business will be extremely beneficial and will help you to be successful within this post. You will be organised able to manage a variety of task, excellent communication skills in all areas are essential along with a strong customer focus. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person who is looking to work on a role where they are going to get great satisfaction and achievement from developing the hr foundations to ensure and support the business success. The role is based at the Head Office in Derbyshire but they have various sites through the UK.
