Our client is at the forefront of their field. Holding IIP accreditation they have proven time and time again that they know how to grow and develop employees through their careers.
Due to continual growth, development and funding over the years they now have an opportunity for a HR Manager to join the already successful HR team. Answering directly into the board you will be expected to have experience as a HR Manager within the public sector.
Responsible for the day to day operational service of the Human Resources function, you will provide a comprehensive and quality Human Resource service. Key working relationships include the Director of Human Resources, Senior Human Resources Team, General Managers, Senior Managers throughout the organisation.
Working in partnership with your prospective HR colleagues, to ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of Policies and Procedures within designated areas of responsibility.
You will also take an active lead on the Development and Delivery of HR Strategies and Practice for People Management / Employee Relations.
In return our client are looking to pay between £30,000 and £38,500 with additional benefits.
