Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager based in East Anglia. Previous experience within the NHS would be beneficial. Working closely with HR colleagues, ensuring clear implementation of the Trust's policies and procedures. Key areas of responsibility include: Recruitment & retention of staff; maintenance of the attendance management process; handling formal grievance and disciplinary process and appeals; the design and delivery of training and development programmes; providing advice on principles and detail of employment legislation and good practice. You must have specific NHS experience. Salary: Ł30-38,000 dependant of experience
