As a business partner you will have several key priorities; Overseeing the transition to an HR shared services model Project managing the implementation of an Electronic Staff Record system. Project manage a variety of organisational change programmes Provide ER advice to various line managers The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the public sector, though this is not essential, as an HR Manager or an HR Business Partner. You ideally have experience of TUPE and a strong ER background as well as a demonstrable pedigree in delivering change projects.
