Head of HR Europe/ HR Manager/ HR Officer/ Human Resources/ Regional Manager
Circa £65,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client provides advanced technology and engineering solutions to the energy and utility sector. In order to deliver an exciting growth and change agenda, they are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to deliver the HR strategy for Europe.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage, motivate and develop the HR team ensuring that service provision is aligned to the business objectives. Particular focus will be required in the areas of resourcing, performance improvement, competence development and culture change. In addition to developing the regional people plan, you will also be responsible for managing a HR budget; controlling operating costs and driving value for the business.
The successful candidate will possess extensive HR management experience, combining both conceptual thinking and operational HR delivery. You should be commercially astute with excellent organisation and influencing skills. Previous experience of working within global and multi site businesses would be a distinct advantage.
Due to the nature of this role you must have a full UK driving licence and be prepared for occasional UK and international travel.
