The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing a comprehensive generalist support service across the Manufacturing business. This is a fabulous role for an HR professional who is looking to further their career within an exciting and developing HR team based in Northampton. The Ideal HR Business Partner;
• You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and ideally be CIPD qualified
• You should be capable of influencing at all levels of business
• From a head office background, you will enjoy working in a varied and challenging role.
• You will be able to demonstrate experience of handling complex generalist issues within a demanding client group.
• You will have impeccable communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business. Our client is a leader in it's field.
