The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive generalist support service across the Manufacturing business covering 1000 employees. This is a fabulous role for an HR professional who is looking to make their mark within an exciting and developing HR team based in Northampton. The successful HR Manager will;
be a passionate HR professional
be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified
be capable of influencing at all levels of business
have a head office background, you will enjoy working in a varied and challenging role
be able to demonstrate experience of handling complex generalist issues within a demanding client group
have impeccable communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business Our client, based in Northampton is a leader in it's field.
