With a successful reputation in the Midlands for over 20 years, our client has an opportunity for a HR Manager to be based in Nottingham. Working effectively in the HR Department this position will report directly into the board. It is felt that this position may suit someone who is an existing HR Manager or a HR Advisor looking to take their next step in their career. Candidates from a legal or financial background will be at a distinct advantage. Responsibilities include: Manage Recruitment and Selection Employee Relation, Disciplinaries and Grievances, Absence Management Policies and Procedure Development / Implementation Develop and maintain the HR Department. Support to Senior Management CIPD qualified. Salary £25,000 - £30,000.
