My £100 million turnover business that is one of the biggest names in its industry is currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Derby. They have offices in the UK, Europe and Middle East and have already made a tremendous impact in the UK. This is a Generalist role with travel throughout the UK. You will be dealing with senior management within the company and be dealing with Trade Union representatives on a regular basis. You will need experience with TUPE transfers, employee Relations, recruitment and retention, employment law and policies and procedures. The salary range is £30-35,000 + car allowance and benefits.
