Job Description
The People and Development Manager is a leader of people who will play a key role in championing the continued development of the culture of the company within their site. To develop and maintain professional relationships with both customer's and colleagues, offer suggestions through personal observations and awareness of the business to build on and improve operational procedures. To promote P&D within thesite in Lincolnshire, as a proactive Business Partner by driving forward creative solutions for service delivery with passion and commitment.
The successful candidate will:
•have generalist HR experience but with a leaning to People & Development principles
• have a commercial outlook and a clear understanding of adding value to a business by driving the people agenda
• be comfortable providing advice and guidance to senior management teams
• have exposure to talent management across a number of departments.
Our client is a national Leisure company with sites across the UK , this role will be based at their site in Lincolnshire
