Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will work in partnership with Senior Business Leaders across the Finance Division as a real business player, contributing to the development of the business area's agenda and strategy. Key activities are likely to include organisational design and change, performance development, resourcing, talent development and employee relations. You will work with the business to diagnose business issues and goals and translate these into people plans. You will ensure that key operational HR processes are delivered successfully to the business.
A CIPD Senior HR Business Partnerwith a University Degree or an MBA,with a proven track record in a Senior Generalist role. You will have a partnership approach and have experience of coaching senior leaders and facilitating senior teams. You will have strong business acumen and a commercial approach, seeing HR as an enabler. Exposure to a Head Office finance function would be advantageous although is not essential.
