HR Manager: Human Resources
£29,000 to £34,000
Based in Edinburgh
Ellis Fairbank HR places HR professionals across Scotland and the UK. Our Edinburgh-based client requires an HR Manager to join their Scotland-wide team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading on HR and organisational development projects, coaching, performance management, advising on employment issues, working with a diverse range of staff to successfully deliver various projects across the company, report writing and delivery, and training needs analysis, among other duties.
You must have current knowledge of employment legislation, be MCIPD qualified, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a similar role, including OD project work. You will also be able to travel as required to various sites, have the ability to advise and communicate with all levels of staff to senior level, and be able to prioritise a complex range of projects.
