£22,000 to £23,000
Based in Edinburgh

Ellis Fairbank Human Resources places HR professionals across Scotland and the UK.

Our client, a well-known organisation in the not-for-profit sector, requires a Human Resources Officer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract; there is a possibility that this role will become permanent if you are a stand-out performer.

You will be CIPD qualified with substantial experience at HR Officer level, providing HR advice and assistance in a stand-alone position or working closely with an HR Manager. You must demonstrate experience in discipline and grievance matters, appraisals, and absence management with minimal supervision, as well as be able to complete day to day activities such as sending out contracts, general administration, and completing payroll information.

This role fits into a small team working direct to the Head of HR to assist in the delivery of all HR services for 250 staff increasing to 300 in the summer season. If you want a chance to shine in a growing team, this is a great opportunity.
