Operations Manager: IT
£35,000 to £45,000 plus Benefits
Based in Edinburgh
Ellis Fairbank specialist HR division are looking for an Operations Manager for this Edinburgh based IT organisation.
This is a permanent post where you will be working as part of a new and growing team which is responsible for main content and functionality of the site for both users and commercial partners.
Based in the head office you will head up the team to ensure the following responsibilities are taken care of....
· Identifying key issues and proposing solutions.
· Allocating resources to problem areas.
· Providing regular reports on progress and feeding back on (phone number removed) current issues.
· Providing cover for customer support role.
This position is an ideal opportunity for a resolute, results focused individual with the ability to achieve results through effective people management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an entrepreneurial company which is going through a strong period of growth.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an IT company but this is not essential.
