A charitable organisation based in Chelmsford are searching for a credible HR Manager who can hit the ground running in a highly influential role. As the most senior person within the HR team you will act as the main advisor to the senior management team advising them on all people related best practice.
The HR Manager, with support of the HR team will also provide a comprehensive HR service to the client group consisting of approximately 200 full time employees and 1000 volunteers.
To be considered for this role it is essential that candidates have a proven track record of work at a senior level. Credibility and gravitas operating at the highest level are essential so you will have proven abilities at engaging various stakeholders, including the senior management team. Your CV will also demonstrate excellent management abilities, in particular around change management and employee relations.
