This NHS Primary Care Trust are searching for a credible, HR Manager / HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running in a highly influential role. As a key member of the HR team this role will cover a mixed operational and strategic remit and will include managing a small team
To be considered for this role it is essential that candidates will ideally have a proven track record of work at a senior level within the NHS and are ideally available to start immediately to undertake a 12 month fixed term contract. You will have proven abilities at engaging various stakeholders, ideally within a multi-site environment. Your CV will also demonstrate excellent management abilities, in particular around change and employee relations.
