HR Manager â Geneva, Switzerland â 80,000 CHF-90,000 CHF A luxury Retail brand is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Geneva, Switzerland, on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include: Seeking to continuously improve the quality and value of the HR service provided to the organization; Managing performance to improve the capability of the team; Recruitment, performance management and employee relations processes; Developing and maintaining effective relationships with external agencies; Develop, manage and implement a range of HR policies, initiatives and specific projects; Supporting the rapidly growing employee workforce. The successful candidate will: Have a background from within the Retail/Wholesale/FMCG sectors; Ideally be a native English speaker. French would be advantageous, however not essential; Have a substantial amount of recruitment experience; Be confident operating within a very operational role; Feel comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
