A Global Financial Services organisation is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Zurich on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide comprehensive operational HR management for selected departments and act as primary operational local HR contact;
Responsible for full employee recruiting cycle, HR consulting and counselling as well as exit procedures;
Support local HR processes such as salary reviews, promotions etc. and be assigned to specific HR projects;
Advise and support line management and employees in all HR related matters such as performance review, quality feedback, interim and year end reviews as well as individual development plans.
The successful candidate will:
Have a background in Financial Services or Insurance;
Have experience in an international environment;
Have specific management experience in handling difficult HR situations;
Have excellent knowledge of Swiss labour laws and practices;
Speak fluent English and German.
