Job Description
HR Manager - Distribution/Manufacturing - North West - c£33,000 - £38,000 plus benefits
Our client is a leading manufacturer/distributor who were established in the North West more than fifty years ago. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager for this standalone role to be a key member of the management team. Responsibilities will include; championing change and developing HR and recruitment policies that support the operational business objectives. You must be a proven HR generalist, proactive and assertive, with confident communication skills.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you should have a generalist HR background and must be able to demonstrate the necessary levels of responsibility and ability to build strong relationships with both your peers and the wider employee community. Recent manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
