Organisation Description
Reporting into the director in this brand new stand alone role you will responsible for developing and implementing a new HR strategy and as such your remit will be:
Evaluate develop and implement Group HR policies and procedures where necessary
Provide advice to employees on policies and procedures
Deliver an external consultancy service to the groups clients on a variety of HR issues such as employment law
This is a brand new, high profile role within the company and will involve all elements of operations and strategy at Director level

Coach and advise managers on D&G, absence & performance management
Provide advice to employees on policies and procedures
Manage HR Projects as and when necessary
Deliver an external consultancy service to the groups clients on a variety of HR issues such as employment law
This is a brand new, high profile role within the company and will involve all elements of operations and strategy at Director level
Person Specification
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent you will be strong HR generalist with experience of dealing with a full range of HR issues. With good knowledge of employment law and solid experience in D&G you will be a confident communicator with a proven ability to influence managers and provide HR solutions to business problems. You will also be familiar with the challenges of developing a new HR department
