HR Officer: Human Resources
£22,000 to £25,000
Based in Glasgow

Ellis Fairbank HR places HR professionals across Scotland and the UK.
Our client, a leader in the legal sector, requires an HR Officer to join their team in Glasgow.

Duties will focus on Compensation and Benefits planning and administration, salary and benefits benchmarking, as well as systems management/development and budget management.

You will have a key role in the planning and delivery of the annual salary review, assist with salary survey participation and benchmarking, and carry out monthly and annual payroll audits. You will also be responsible for ensuring the benefits structure is competitive, managing the benefits programme, liaising and negotiating with benefit providers, and sourcing and analysing data.

You should have knowledge of flexible benefits and performance management systems, management of HR budgets, and experience in project work. You must be CIPD qualified (or working towards this), have a solid background in HR, strong IT skills (including proficiency in Excel) and experience of systems management, good knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits experience.
