The Background

Currently seeking a HR Business Partner to provide an expert service to line managers and senior management on all areas of HR in order to deliver solutions that work best for the business.
The Responsibilities
This role is to ensure the successful delivery of the people aspects of business led change. Ensuring HR is aligned to key business issues, working strategically you will influence and mobilise teams across HR and the business. You will also be involved in key projects including restructures, outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions and leading on agenda for change. Your key accountabilities will include:
Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
Support the retention and development of employees
Deliver to agreed timelines ensuring business objectives are met
Working with the Head of Talent Development to implement succession-planning processes
The Professional
You will be MCIPD qualified and with HR experience of dealing with all aspects of HR at a strategic level. You will have experience dealing with change management, TUPE, Organisational Development and Employment Law. You will also have significant experience of coaching and advising line managers, understanding and interpreting information and data. Possessing excellent people management, communication and influencing skills you will be flexible in your approach.
