Job Description
HR Manager
An exciting role working as an HR Manager within a global company, focussing on the UK function including Customer Service, Finance, Sales & Marketing etc.,
This role has excellent benefits with possible car allowance and bonus.
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct & control all HR activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations for the UK affiliate.
Role Responsibilities: - To provide professional level support to the organisation in a range of HR activities
- Advise on HR strategies, policies & practices which support the acheivement of the company's business objectives, whilst fulfilling it's obligations to employees
- provide a recruitment & selection service to meet the companiy's needs
- Develope & maintain performance management processes
- Plan & develope employee development programmes
- Deliver training including induction & management developement
- Advise on reward managementsystems and the operation of the company's pay structure and performnance pay schemes
- Advise on employee relations
- Advise on employee engagement issues
- Projects as required by the UK or international
The Ideal Candidate:
- A broad knowledge of HR management, MCIPD essential
- 5 years' experience in HR Management at a senior level in a small company or middle-ranking HR Management in a large company
- Experience of integrating new companies
- Experience of organizational development
- Psychometric testing qualifcation would be an advantage
