Job Description
HR Manager
An exciting role working as an HR Manager within a Global company, focussing on the UK function including Customer Service, Finance, Sales & Marketing etc.
Job Purpose:
To plan, direct & control all HR activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations for the UK affiliate.
Role Responsibilities: - To provide professional level support to the organisation in a range of HR activities
- Advise on HR strategies, policies & practices which support the achievement of the company's business objectives, whilst fulfilling it's obligations to employees
- Provide a recruitment & selection service to meet the company's needs
- Develop & maintain performance management processes
- Plan & develop employee development programmes
- Deliver training including induction & management development
- Advise on reward management systems and the operation of the company's pay structure and performance pay schemes
- Advise on employee relations
- Advise on employee engagement issues
- Projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years experience in HR Management at a senior level in a small company or middle-ranking HR Management in a large company
- CIPD qualification
- Experience of integrating new companies
