Regional HR Manager 1 year Fixed Term Contract
This role is within a major blue-chip organization. The company is medium sized, operating within the UK, with a diverse client based. The HR Department is a fast-paced and lively environment.
It provides professional HR Consultancy and Advisory service to management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Advising staff and management on Employment Law issues
- Assist in Employment Tribunal
- Assist in consultations, pay negotiations etc.
- Review, write & update HR policies
- Maintain Job Descriptions & Personnel Specifications
- Liaise with advertising agency & recruitment agencies
- Conduct interviews, shortlist & recommend
- Prepare data for reports as required
- Ensure Appraisals are conducted on each site as appropriate
- Deliver internal training courses on HR areas
- Ensure succession plans are developed & updated for key jobs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Grad IPD
- Experience in HR Advisor role
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Self managing
- Willing & flexible to travel
