Job Title: HR Manager - EMEA
Location: New Barnet
Salary: £40 – 50,000.00
The Background
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manger to join a leading services organisation, to deliver a high quality Human Resources service to the organisation in order to support the delivery of business strategies with specific responsibility for HR activities in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
The Role
Provide high quality advice and guidance on people issues to internal customers.
To support business development projects by supporting new country/location set-ups across all aspects of HR
Work alongside the Resource Director, to develop integrated and practical HR plans to meet current and future business requirements.
To be a source of knowledge with regard to personnel matters to management and staff, i.e. employment law, health and safety, Human Resources best practise, recruitment etc.
Act as a leader for initiatives and projects, to improve HR’s service to the business
Ensure all HR processes are operated in accordance with procedures.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have proven generalist HR experience in a commercial environment. You will have up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience in HR Systems such as ASR HRPro. The ideal candidate will be results driven and a strategic thinker who is able to build plans that reflect long term opportunities and threats as well as the here and now.
