Regional Human Resources Manager
c£40,000 pa
Based in Mexico City. Mexico
Our client, a leading international charity are looking to introduce the sort of HR strategy that not only supports their people and their ways of working, but that also helps them achieve their goals in the region. Whether you're managing assets and budgets, influencing senior colleagues or advising on change management, you'll know just what makes for an effective HR strategy in the challenging context of areas like Latin America and the Caribbean. You'll create new approaches to learning and development, all the while leading the application of HR policies and business practices to help the overall management of the region
You will need a full professional qualification in HR Management, along with substantial HR experience and proven success in providing HR leadership across more than one country. You'll be the sort of character that can influence decisions, is confident in getting a resilient plan in place and sympathetic to the sensitivities of working in a multicultural environment. You'll also be fluent English and Spanish and experience of living and working in Latin America or the Caribbean would be a distinct advantage.
