Job Title: HR Manager - supply chain success or part of a production line Location: Kent Ref: 20340/NH Background A fantastic opportunity has become available for a HR Manager to work for a market-leading organisation with unique culture and people focused values. Youll recruit and lead a new personnel team within their brand new distribution site. The Role Reporting to the site controller and regional HR Manager, you will work closely with the site senior management team to: Provide day-to-day advice and guidance on complex ER issues. Implementing site policies and procedures. Manage trade union negotiations to a senior level. Implement a resourcing plan to align with the overall business strategy The Person Youll have proven experience of working and negotiating with unions, demonstrate awareness of current employment legislation and the ability to manage multiple projects. With a can do attitude and a positive approach you will have the skills to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
