This exclusive market leading organisation with a powerful brand and a well known name, are looking to recruit an expert HR Manager with the strength of character to help drive the business forward through an exiting phase of transition.
The Role
Working as part of the HR team to delivery the HR strategy whilst providing a pro-active and specialist HR service to the operations division:
Key accountabilities are:
Work with the head of HR to develop and implement aspects of the HR strategy.
Provide proactive and reactive specialist advice in all areas of Human Resources, specifically across employee relations, performance management and organisational change in line with corporate policy and procedure.
Advise on employment law and trade union agreements.
Effectively manage internal functional relationships in order to provide a seamless HR service.
Evaluate and challenge HR processes to ensure continuous improvement in the service provided.
The Person
The successful candidate will possess the ability to apply a ‘business partner’ style to the role, having the skills to be able to balance the demands of a day to day client organisation with project management and partnering/coaching responsibilities.
Of graduate calibre you will have a strong awareness of HR best practice together with proven experience of building relationships within a team, ideally gained within a manufacturing, distribution, engineering environment.
