This exclusive market leading organisation with a powerful brand and a well known name are looking to recruit an expert HR Manager drive the Resourcing strategy forward.
The Role
Develop and maintain medium to long term resourcing strategy
Liaise with all function to determine their specific needs and develop plans accordingly
Liaise with other HR sections to ensure a joined up approach to resourcing strategy inclusive of connectivity between the plan, attrition, scarce skills gap and succession planning
Undertake data analysis to provide guidance on the strategic delivery options to resourcing issues
Ensure that all functional resource reviews are fully supported by the appropriate information, analysis and recommendations

The successful candidate will have extensive generalist HR experience with in-depth, experience of implementing and driving resourcing strategies.
