Job Title:Interim Group HR Manager
Location: East Midlands
Salary:£300 - £350 per day – 6 months

Background
A great opportunity has just become available for an Interim HR Manager to work for a global market-leading organisation providing a full generalist Human Resource support to the group.
The Role
Provide full operational support for the business ensuring professional input and support in the key employment processes of recruitment, induction, performance management, discipline, grievance and termination ensuring these matters are consistently managed to a high standard and in accordance with good practice.
Review and implement HR procedures, professionally communicate any necessary changes.
Provide a professional contribution and input as part of the management team as it drives to support competitiveness of the business, in particular during periods of growth and change management.
Revision of contracts and terms and conditions.
Support the strategic growth plans of the respective businesses.
Talent management and group succession planning.
Contribute to the development of Group HR projects, for the groups International businesses.
Recruitment and selection up to Director / General management level.
The Person
MCIPD qualified.
Previous experience as a senior HR practitioner within a medium / large international business.
Exceptional influencing skills that will facilitate Line Managers buy in to HR processes.
Sound intellect is vital along with the ability to interact credibly at a senior management level.
International exposure and multi-site experience.
Flexible attitude to work and international travel.
