The Background
This well-known organisation with an enviable stronghold o their particular area of the market is seeking to recruit a HR Systems Advisor to support exciting projects and day-to-day issues. Within a business and end user facing role, you will offer a seamless service to a fast paced community.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Systems Manager you will have full specialist responsibility for maintaining and developing the HR system and the opportunity to work on some key HR systems projects. You will be responsible for contributing to the work of the MI team and HR team with the emphasis being on the successful development of the Oracle HR system.
You will lead and advise the business on the usage of the Oracle HR system to ensure that the organisation fully understands the maximum benefit of the system. You will support all end users with any requirements or issues they may have, ensuring that the business continuously receives full functionality of the HR System.
With integral involvement in key HR Systems projects and change initiatives such as employee self-service, reward system and Oracle HR improvement processes, you will act as an immediate interface to the business on an array of issues.
The Professional
You will be an experienced business facing HRIS professional with experience of supporting a large business area with systems related issues. Oracle HR experience is highly desirable and so is a candidate who relishes the idea of development on a new system. A strong analytically minded and forward thinking candidate will enjoy this varied and challenging role within an environment where HRIS is valued.
