Our client is a growing organisation within the financial services world with offices both in the UK and Europe. HR is based in the London HQ from which the rest of Europe is serviced - with the function growing, a new role now exists for an HR Manager to join and run the team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take full operational responsibility for running and developing the team plus provide a proactive and pragmatic HR service to the clients - you will also play a key role in developing HR capability within the European offices. You will need to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders, understand in depth, both the business and culture and therefore help to improve business performance through the service you provide.
As such, you will be able to demonstrate a strong generalist background with European exposure, good people management experience as well as first class communication and coaching skills.
