Head of HR Operations - Major London Law Firm - £80,000
This role is to manage the UK HR Operational teams to provide an efficient and effective level of service which meets the Firm's expectations.
Principal Accountabilities
- Resource, manage, develop and motivate the HR team (i.e., Resourcing, Operations, and Secretarial), ensuring that the team is organised to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that performance is managed across the Firm
- Ensure the resourcing function provides appropriately skilled people to support the needs of the business and that the function operates in a pro-active manner to resource the Firm with the best-calibre talent available
- Manage, simplify and improve the provision of HR management information to enable it to be used to effectively manage the business
- Ensure the budgeting process is in place and that finance time tables are put in place and adhered to
- Ensure that the compensation and benefits timetables are in place and adhered to. Ensure that all information is generated in a timely manner to hit all key deadlines and that renewals are followed through in a timely manner.
- Carry out any ad hoc projects as required.
