Growing Market Research Company is looking for an HR Executive to join their team starting mid end September. This is a generalist HR role where you will be getting involved in day to day operational HR including employee relations. The business is undergoing significant change so you will have the opportunity to get involved in some restructure work which will involve office closures. This will require knowledge of consultations (non-unionised and only a small number of people affected). Working within a team reporting to an HR Business Partner, you will be exposed to leaders within the business so must be confident in your HR knowledge and be credible when dealing with HR issues. This role may extend beyond the initial 3 months dependent on events within the business during this time. You must have worked previously within a commercial environment and be used to operating in a fast moving environment.
